- On Jan. 15, 2026, Norwegian Cruise Line unveiled Norwegian Aura and opened bookings; the ship is the largest and longest in its fleet, debuting in Europe in late May 2027 before Miami homeport in June 2027.
- Built by Fincantieri, the Aura features interiors from Piero Lissoni and Studio DADO and is 10% larger than its Prima predecessors to expand family-focused experiences.
- Spanning decks 18 through 21, Ocean Heights will host five slides, the most in NCL fleet, including Eclipse Racers over 400 feet, 250-foot Aura Free Fall, and The Wave for four guests.
- With 1,976 staterooms and 159 Haven suites, Norwegian Aura offers 30% more suites than previous Prima-class ships.
- Amid Prima-class growth, Norwegian Aura increases public-space amenities with a 20% larger pool deck, 15% larger Vibe Beach Club, and 11% more Ocean Boulevard space, positioning NCL fleet expansion.
