North Island resident will complete 1,000 km for cancer research

The fifth annual event has raised more than $7,000 for cancer research, and this year’s donations will support prostate cancer research.

The 5th Annual Sobriety Walk for Cancer (SW4C) is set to start from Port Hardy on May 14 with walker Thomas Wamiss once again making the trek to and from Victoria.
