Students and instructors at North Island College (NIC) say they're disappointed following the institution's recommendation to suspend 15 programs from its three main campuses on mid and north Vancouver Island. The suspensions are not permanent cuts, but create opportunities to re-imagine how and what programs are delivered, say college officials.
