North Iowa author puts local restaurants on the map

A North Iowa author hopes her new book will lead readers to a good meal—and give them a reason to spend time in an Iowa community. Sarah Broers, who lives on a farm between Mason City and Rockwell, has written Unique Eats and Eateries of Iowa. The book features restaurants across the state, including two in Hampton: B&C Kitchen and God Fuel.
