Brauereiverband - German drink more and more non-alcoholic beer - production quantity doubled
The Germans are drinking more and more non-alcoholic beer - according to the Brauer-Bunde (DBB), the trend is still unbroken. Production volume has more than doubled from once 329 million litres to around 700 million litres in 2024, the DBB reported. In the trade, the alcohol-free already accounts for nine percent of all beers, according to Pils and Hellbieren it ranks third on the popularity scale.
