SWEETWATER, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) - Two jailers in Nolan County are being commended for their quick thinking and actions in stopping an inmate from committing suicide. On July 16, 2025, Jailer Amber Mulanax was doing a routine cell check when she noticed unusual behavior in one of the inmates.
