No Tires and Blocks, Houston Residents Are Harassed by Thieves

HOUSTON – The theft of tires and rims has become a real headache for some Houston residents who surprisingly find their vehicles held in blocks. Authorities claim that the theft of tires in Houston is a common practice of crime, but say there are ways to protect those tires and avoid heavy expense to replenish them. This in response to several allegations of rim theft, recently of recent cases in which cars held only by bricks are appreciated.
