No replacement yet for Schuylkill Haven council president

No action has been made on a replacement for the recently resigned president of Schuylkill Haven Borough Council. In May council President Jerry Bowman submitted his resignation because he moved to Pottsville. Bowman was presented with an award by Mayor Michael Devlin.
