No charges filed in uncle’s fatal shooting of nephew in Sunflower - Clarke County Democrat
A fatal shooting in which an uncle killed his nephew is being investigated as self-defense. The shooting happened at a residence on Highway 43 in the Sunflower area of Washington County on Saturday night, Aug. 26. Lawmen say that Josh Parnell shot 19-year-old Titus Parnell during an argument over a woman. Josh Parnell has not been charged.
