A motorist who struck a Town sign and left the scene won’t be charged, according to Blackstone Police. Lt. Tony Mayton said that Officer Dylan Mosier responded Friday evening, Aug. 29th, at 7:27 p.m. to a report of a “hit and run” — that a vehicle struck the Town street sign at 10th & Main and went to an area in the 100 block of College Road.
