The parents of an 18-year-old Hunterdon County man charged with impersonating an officer by performing fake police stops have also been charged, officials said.Dean Pluchino, 18, of Raritan Township, was arrested Jan. 16, according to Raritan Township police. He was charged with impersonating a law enforcement officer and tampering with physical evidence.
