The superintendent of a school district in Burlington County has been placed on administrative leave through the end of the academic year and replaced by his assistant.Willingboro Superintendent Malcolm Outlaw, who previously filed a tort claim that disclosed he might sue the district, was removed from his position at Monday’s board of education meeting, according to the meeting minutes.
