A Burlington County municipal court judge on Thursday found a Trenton police sergeant guilty of lewdness for exposing himself in a gym inside police headquarters last year.Two female Trenton officers filed the case against Sgt. Noel Santiago by signing lewdness and harassment complaints in Trenton Municipal Court. The case was later transferred to Evesham Township.
