N.J. man charged in sexual assault of a young child, authorities say

Authorities have announced charges have been filed against a man accused of sexually assaulting a young child in Bergen County. Diego A. Zhinin, 37, of Teaneck, was arrested on Saturday, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement. He is charged with second-degree sexual assault, two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact.
