A man has admitted in court that he and two accomplices carjacked a victim with an assault rifle in 2020. Elijah Lott, 28, of Scotch Plains, pleaded guilty on Tuesday to carjacking, conspiracy to commit carjacking and conspiracy to use and carry a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, the U.S. Attorney’s Office District of New Jersey said in a Wednesday statement.
