OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – It was nice again today, with a few clouds and temperatures that were a shade above normal. We wound up in the 70s for the first time in a few days. While afternoon highs have been pretty similar on a day-to-day basis this week, the warmup continues on the low end of the scale. Winds have shifted to the southwest tonight, and as a result, lows will be in the upper 40s to around 50 degrees. Tomorrow will be a few degrees war…
