Mexico City.- Civil society organizations (CSOs) accused that the Tax Administration Service (SAT) obstructs its operations through various measures that generate an environment of legal uncertainty. Through a statement signed by Manifesta tu Ciudadanía, which groups 37 CSOs, they called for a dialogue at the highest level with the tax authority.

"Recognizing fully the importance of tax obligations, we note that a number of measures that have recently been implemented to comply with the regulatory framework have created an environment of legal uncertainty, characterized by restrictive criteria," they said.
