NEWBURGH — City of Newburgh police have arrested a suspect in connection with a shots fired incident that occurred Sept. 27 at William Street and South William Street. At approximately 11:35 p.m. on the night of the incident, officers responded to reports of gunfire and found four 9-millimeter shell casings at the scene.
