Albany can stand up to Trump by defending and funding the MTA

New York Governor Foch, State Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie and State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins jointly signed a letter on Monday (24th) urging the federal government to increase funding to the MTA to fill the more than $30 billion funding gap in the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) capital plan to repair New York City's public transportation system.
