New survey suggests Canadians feel health-care system has deteriorated
Half of Canadians report no or difficult access to family doctors, a 25% increase since 2015, amid rising health-care demand and system strains, Angus Reid Institute finds.

- Rising dissatisfaction with provincial governments may force policy responses as three-in-five Canadians lack confidence in emergency care and 41% now name health care a top issue.
