The lack of rehabilitation places is burdening the trauma department of the surgical hospital and its staff. Now, the relative of one of the patients has filed two reports with the Regional State Administrative Agency about the situation in the department, which he describes as catastrophic.

The treatment of patients violates the rules and has not been prudent, writes the Norwegian Health Authority in a preliminary report on the crisis at the X-ray department at UNN in Tromsø.
