Gimme! Coffee became an employee-owned cooperative on July 1st, and over 50% of eligible employees have signed on as co-owners of the business, according to a statement from the Gimme! Board of Directors on Monday morning. The 22-year-old business transitioned its management structure to two co-managers, from founder and original owner Kevin Cuddeback, two years ago.
