Lufthansa agrees to a new part-time collective agreement for cabin crew members

The airline Lufthansa Airlines and the UFO union have agreed a new part-time collective agreement for cabin crew members, which enters into force retroactively as of 1 January, according to a statement. The new agreement allows for “more reliable” planning for employees and improves the balance between work and personal life, as well as contributing to the simplification of internal regulations, as highlighted by the airline.
