A week after celebrating the reopening of the Lahaina Small Boat Harbor to commercial activity, Maui County has adjusted vehicle and pedestrian access to the harbor while reminding the public that other parts of Lahaina’s Historic District remain off-limits and harbor access continues to be limited between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
