New Jersey DEP cites Trenton for violations on Stacy Park project

TRENTON — The City’s clearing of Stacy Park has drawn the attention of the DEP. New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Protection sent a notice of violation to Trenton for clearing a section of Stacy Park by the Delaware River.
