EAST PEORIA, Ill. (WMBD) -- A new business held a ribbon cutting in East Peoria on Friday. Five Below opened a new location next to the Kohl's on Main Street. The retail store is known for offering items below $5. This is not the only Five Below in the area. There is also a location next to the Barnes and Noble on Big Hollow Road.
