RUSSELLVILLE, Ky. – The Russellville Police Department says a man attempted to purchase equipment to assist in the detonation of an explosive device. Chief of Police Jeff Sanford says an individual entered Walmart and asked employees to purchase a detonation device to build a bomb on Jan. 3.
