The mayor of Lugo, Miguel Fernández, and councilwoman María Reigosa appeared this Friday in the City Hall to clarify the situation created after Reigosa's departure from the formal management of the area of Medio Rural, leaving aside, as they noted, any reading of "internal crisis" in the PSOE.
