New condos coming to Civic Plaza in effort to attract more families

CARMEL, Ind. -- A collection of new luxury condos is coming to Carmel. Carmel has transformed Civic Square just north of Carmel City Hall into a residential area, and the new condos will be the final step in a six-year-long project.
