New car park operator exempts Thomasians, hospital patients from P1,000 overnight rate

FLEXIT Mobility Solutions Inc., the new operator of the UST Multi-Deck Parking (MDP), released updated parking rates on Monday, Nov. 17, with Thomasians exempted from the newly imposed P1,000 overnight fee.
