LIMA — A new name now owns a staple in the Lima community. Old Barn Out Back, 3175 W. Elm St., Lima, has been sold from Peter and Bridgett Williams to Rajnikant L. Patel and 3175 W Elm St LLC, for $1.1 million. The restaurant will now be known as Old Barn Restaurant & Event Center and run by Mohit and Megha Soni and their Uncle Grumail Singh.
