There’s a new affordable housing development coming to downtown North Bay. The development was announced Tuesday by the City of North Bay and the District of Nippissing Social Services Administration Board (DNSSAB). 20 new affordable units will be built within the former site of the North Bay and District Multicultural Centre located at 100 Main St. E.
