There has already been a death in the Netherlands due to counterfeit pills, the appearance of which is often deceptively similar to the original medicine, the Drug Research Institute (DKI) pointed out. As they emphasized, these drugs are often distributed on social media or unofficial websites. The phenomenon has also emerged in our country, which is why the Hungarian authorities regularly warn about the dangers of counterfeit medicines.
