Nearly 100 Boone Electric customers without power in El Chaparral neighborhood

COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ) Multiple outages have led to 97 Boone Electric Cooperative customers to lose power on Friday. The outages were primarily reported in the El Chaparral neighborhood that’s east of Columbia.
