Near Angers, a 13-year-old girl killed by her father who tried to commit suicide

The 42-year-old acknowledged infanticide on Sunday 11 May in a mail and on his website, saying he wanted revenge for notaries. He was hospitalized in psychiatry.

Angers' public prosecutor announced this Sunday that the father of a 13-year-old girl admitted that she had killed her daughter while at her home near Angers.

The 42-year-old man, sentenced for death threats and harassment at the end of March, admitted the facts "in a mail" seized at his home. He was hospitalized "under duress", said the Public Prosecutor's Office of Angers.

His murderer had written a message on the Internet acknowledging that he had killed him, before ingesting medication, and he has since been hospitalized under duress.

The tragedy occurred near Angers, where a 13-year-old girl lost her life. Her father, quickly arrested by law enforcement, admitted responsibility for his child's death.
