- On Feb. 3, 2026, the NBA announced Darko Rajakovic, Toronto Raptors head coach, will lead Team World at the 2026 NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 15 at the Intuit Dome, Los Angeles.
- Drawing on his international résumé, Rajakovic has guided the Raptors to a 30-21 record this season, beginning in Serbia and including Spain and European consulting.
- Rajakovic, an All-Star debut head coach, will join Scottie Barnes, Raptors forward and All-Star reserve, while Collin Murray-Boyles and Alijah Martin participate in the Rising Stars event.
- Detroit's J.B. Bickerstaff will coach Team USA because the Pistons had the best Eastern Conference record, while Mitch Johnson earned his nod as Spurs head coach with the No. 2 Western seed.
- This year's format features a three-team, round-robin tournament with four 12-minute games between eight-player teams, rosters revealed Tuesday night and Team World includes Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Luka Doncic, Victor Wembanyama, Deni Avdija, Jamal Murray and Pascal Siakam.
