The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) on Thursday filed administrative charges against seven cops in Caloocan City over the death of Jayson dela Rosa, an altar boy who contracted leptospirosis after he waded through floods searching for his detained father.
Seven Caloocan City police officers were eventually charged with administrative offenses by the Legal Affairs Service of the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM). According to Commissioner Rafael Calinisan, vice chairperson and executive director of NAPOLCOM, probable cause was found in the complaint filed against the police officers.
