There are already five detainees in the case.
The new arrests took place on Wednesday night. In two houses linked to other detainees, they kidnapped clothes and objects that will be displayed to the teacher’s family for recognition. The investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Estela Godoy, teacher and deputy director of El Malezal Rural School No. 626, added two new detainees. Ireneo Zarza, foreman of the rural school where the woman worked, was arrested by order of the Justice. The investigation also points to Rosa Leguizamón, another of the detainees, while prosecutors deepen the rake to find the teacher.
Justice advanced with two new arrests, including that of Irenaeus Zarza, who would be charged with the alleged crime of the rural teacher, whose whereabouts have not been known since the beginning of October. They suspect a woman as a deliverer.
Two other workers from El Curupí were arrested this Wednesday. For the researchers, Ireneo Zarza would be the material author of the attack against the rural teacher, whose body was not yet found. Read more
