Mysterious creature discovered in the abyss - and people can't decide if its cute

Three new species of snailfish have been discovered by researchers at the Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute's collaborators at SUNY Geneseo, along with scientists from the University of Montana and the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. One of the species is called Careproctus colliculi and is distinctly pink with a bumpy texture.
