Murder trial after fatal stabbings in Salzburg

A 27-year-old Somali man will have to answer to the Salzburg Regional Court on Wednesday for allegedly stabbing a 34-year-old fellow countryman to death in the street in the Salzburg district of Lehen last winter. After an argument in an apartment, he is said to have run after the victim and then stabbed the 34-year-old at least five times with a knife. He died in hospital shortly afterwards. The trial is scheduled for two days.
