Beylikdüzü Mayor Mehmet Murat Çalık, who was arrested as part of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) investigation and held in a prison in İzmir, was transferred to Marmara Closed Penitentiary Institution this morning. It was learned that Çalık, who has previously overcome cancer twice and experienced various health problems in prison, will be taken to Silivri, a journey of approximately 600 kilometers.
