UPDATE (7:155pm): Bellaire's Fire Chief says the fire is largely contained and crews are hitting hot spots. A man and his dog were able to get out and a woman was taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation. Washington Street is closed. Crews have a ladder truck on the bike trail behind Washington Street because the back alley was too small to fit any cars. The Chief believes crews will be on scene for the next few hours.
