The Saharawi Movement for Peace (MSP) has transferred the personal envoy of the UN Secretary General for Western Sahara, Staffan de Mistura, his interest in participating in the political process that is expected to reactivate in accordance with Security Council Resolution 2797, after several years of stagnation. These approaches were set out in a letter this week sent to the UN envoy by the first secretary of the MSP, Hach Ahmed Bericalla.
