The staff and users of the Sept-Îles Hospital have had to deal with the presence of mice in the health facility in recent months. According to CISSS, there has been an increase in the number of mice seen inside the health facility since October 2025. Several sources in the Journal reported that they had seen excrement in drawers and the presence of small rodents in the corridors. Traps have been installed to capture vermins.
