MOUNT VERNON — A 53-year-old Mount Vernon man, facing a felony firearm possession charge, has been released from custody this week following his pretrial detention hearing. Roy Nesbitt, the defendant, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. Friday on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm, a Class 2 felony.
