The Public Prosecution Service is demanding 240 hours of community service and a one-year driving ban for a fatal accident on the Dalweg in Soest. A motorist hit a man and a woman at a pedestrian crossing more than three years ago. The 52-year-old woman did not survive. Her then 55-year-old husband was seriously injured. According to the Public Prosecution Service, the suspect was driving far too fast, in the dark and in bad weather.
