Motorist in court on charge of driving with excess alcohol on motorway near Lurgan
A motorist has appeared in court accused of driving with excess alcohol on the M1 motorway near Lurgan. Vaidotas Kacerauskas (46), of Hillview Terrace in Moy, is alleged to have had an alcohol in breath reading of 71mcgs – the legal limit is 35mcgs – on July 28 this year. At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court, where he had the assistance of an interpreter, the case was adjourned to September 19.
