A motorcyclist died Monday after colliding with a car on 25th Street NW in Canton.

The tragic accident happened on Wednesday afternoon in the Písek region. At the intersection before the D4 motorway exit, a truck collided with a motorcyclist. He was left unconscious and suffered a life-threatening condition. Paramedics were unable to save him. The motorway exit in the direction from Prague to Strakonice and Pilsen was closed for several hours.
