Mother facing new charge in Madisonville boy’s death

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - A new charge have been filed against the mother of an 8-year-old boy who died after being exposed to fentanyl. Madisonville Police say new evidence has led to a new charge for Whitney Person, Unlawful Transaction with a Minor.
