PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) -- A Petersburg mother and her 11-year-old son are facing charges after police say the boy shot his 6-year-old sister, killing her. Just before 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, officers with the Petersburg Bureau of Police were called to the 2300 block of Navajo Court for report of a person shot.
